Yes. I am using that already on my Redmi Note 8 Pro now. Just that I don't use NFC, so I would prefer Dual SIM + microSD specs for the phone.

Me! I was using Mi Max 3 and then switched to Redmi Note 8 Pro. After about few months, I have adjusted liao. The snappiness of the Redmi Note 8 Pro is good.

Is the Note 9s 64/4 the best bang for buck for $299 (Lazada official SG Mi store)?

Need to get a cheapish phone urgently to replace a broken phone. I would prefer to buy from a local vendor since it will be quicker delivery and for easier support.

Budget is $300. Won't be gaming and phone use is watching videos, Messenger video calls and web surfing.

-opening apps is not as smooth as redmi note 8 pro.
-using huawei charger....1hr can full charge redmi note 8 pro... note9s like charge slow....erm...

Eh not sure if the comparison but so far mine has been pretty smooth. No hiccups so far or anything that would bother me. Performance wise also no issue. A few things I'm not happy with but for its price, I can't complain but hope it can be fixed or implemented.

Still not a fan of MIUI though I can get used to it.

Try ask around to see if you can get local set for $249 cos if you pay for $299, I'd really rather you fork out a bit more for 6GB ram but if you can get it for $249 for the 4GB one then go for that within the $300 budget

Xiaomi don't ship locally
Else you can see qoo10 and see which suits you

There are some shops at serangoon have ready stock but not sure have local 1 yr warranty anot
Can find and ask them in shopee, not 249 tho

Lazada xiaomi official shop shld be local stock
I see those ordered during lazada birthday sale get their phone very fast

17hrs with 8hrs 20mins SOT with 25% left. That's with quite above average use with reinstalling my apps and configurating them back all with 4G on top of my instagramming and Facebooking.

A few issues so far though it could be me, one of which is acting as a Hotspot is kinda wonky, social media and surfing seems fine but when I play clash Royale on another phone, the connection is like keep dcing. Switch to my Galaxy S7 Edge as the Hotspot and it had no issues.

Think snapdragon is pretty good. Use for hours the phone only got a little warm and still pretty smooth.

Sot much better than 8pro
