I have been using it for few months, so far so good. :o You just need to remember to slide back when you use your camera to do your photo taking or access safe entry. :o

I also use the NFC feature for redmi note 9pro using google pay. :o Not bad. :o Finally found a justifiable reason to get NFC enabled phone. :o

UOB ATM withdrawal also can use nfc, less 1 card in wallet

Download the UOB Mighty app, then digitized your card, it's quite easy. There are couple of times it didn't work for me but mostly it work. Go test it at a quiet ATM so you don't look like ah chan lolol no la, more like don't hold up others.

The NFC place to tab is usually at the right hand side. But to be on the safe side, i'll still carry my card around.

You tried paying it before like using paywave? This is one thing i still have not tried. Is it same like tapping the NFC part of the phone on the machine display just like using the card?

Yup am actively using nfc for dash, googlepay and UOB ATM.

Firstly link your UOB card in the UOB mighty app. Then at any uob ATM, there's this nfc panel with the wave sign just below the ATM card slot.

Simply on nfc & tap (if your default nfc setting is UOB), or open UOB app & tap (in my case as my default usually set to googlepay). Will beep and prompt u to enter ATM PIN as usual and auto withdraw cash as per your app default settings

That one i know, i just explained to someone below for the ATM withdrawal haha.

What i want to know is cos sometimes i go NTUC just wanna carry phone to pay. When they prompt to tap, this is the part i'm not sure, do i need to open Google Pay? Or i just tap on the screen and it will bring up Google Pay then i fingerprint authenticate? Or it will bring up whichever app i assign my debit card for VISA Payment? Cos currently, UOB app can only be active on 1 phone at a time.

no need open up any app as long default nfc is set to googlepay, just tell cashier paywave, unlock phone and tap.

I just reread lol, yeah it's same like using your phone as a card, just need to ensure phone screen is unlock (no need open any app etc)
