Tough luck they will say you scratched it unless you did a video on box opening.

Most likely you need to raise appeal, that’s the bad thing of buying from China sellers and online shopping .

Wah sian..my 9 pro arrived with a deep scratch on the glass back. :(

I took video on box opening. But then because the glass back too glossy..the video can't capture the scratch though I keep focusing at that scratch area. It's so deep when I run my finger over the surface, I can feel the scratch.

Ah if cannot show clearly the deep scratch then the more don’t show them the video or they surely say you scratched it

Flip case never glue properly so the silicon case detached from main case.

I think so.

handphone manufacturer spent time to make the back cover very nice, but most people (including me), just cover it up and it never see daylight anymore.

ok lah..I'll just live with it. Coz really excited to have new phone. Now updating the system then will setup my phone.

Was using Note 4 for 3 yrs with finger print sensor at the back, now change to 9 pro, not used to it. I keep scanning my finger print then thinking how come cannot unlock then realise my finger was on the camera. :s13:

Chances are, you not gonna sell the phone right? Maybe just live with it since it's just like not nice but then you say can't really even see it. But see if you can try your luck to see if can exchange first? Last time i order stuff from Aliexpress
the items faulty, i just take photos and show them then they send new ones, i don't even need to return. But of course those were cheaper items so maybe no problem but what i'm trying to say, they might not be all that bad in after sale service.

cannot exchange. It's only return/refund. If refund and I need re-buy then I may not be able to get it at $329 again.

Yup..not going to sell the phone since xiaomi phones no resale value.

I've contacted xiaomi but doubt they will reply.

My Note 9S side mounted, i have 2 Galaxy phones on Home button and i just received my Poco F2 Pro couple hours ago which is UDS so i'm gonna be fingering my phones everywhere lol. Amazingly, i've never own a phone with back mounted fingerprint sensor but so far between UDS, side-mounted and Home button, i think the best is side-mounted though accidental touches is plenty cos of the way i hold my phone, i'll unknowingly touch it and make it vibrate even though i don't unlock it.

Wow..if I'm u..confirm I'll keep forgetting where's the sensor location at each phone. Need some time to get used to it.

Note 4 was my 1st phone with sensor. Previous hp no sensor then the on/off switch damaged and I can't wake the screen, luckily under warranty so I got to exchange a reconditioned set.

Hmmm, i thought the Power switch is the least likely to get damaged since most of the time we don't touch it unless reboot. Note 4 has no Home button?

I was referring to iPhone. The earlier versions don't have fingerprint sensor, was depending on the on/off switch to wake the screen and it got stuck, think the spring dislodged.

So when I switched to Note 4, I only used the sensor to unlock and the widget to lock.

Wah you so careful but i think iPhone buttons a bit weak one right? Even their Home button back then like a lot of people complain. My Galaxy S2 from 2011 power button still alive lol. In fact, none of my phones has button issues except for maybe the Home button on the earlier Galaxy phones that were still not premium made, they still work but can feel not so clicky anymore.
