Singapore variant registered with IMDA don't have NFC, but other countries might have the NFC variant.

Is becos we are a Low volume country hence profit margin need to be high but with pricing pressure from other Brand’s. So can only bring in lower models and selling them higher price

Use imei to check

I type IMEI:
"Congratulations! You can be assured the phone you have purchased is the official international version."

Didn't mentioned on anything related to Singapore.

I have an EIN sticker says Singapore Official Product. So is it real?

I tried. Type the IMEI. It just say it's a global international version.

EIN is one of the local distro in SG for XM products. They are running some of the Mi Store in SG, I believe the Outlet at Suntec City is managed by them.

You see the pricing of the phone are all cheap only slight markup by manufacturers even when coming to sg, but you might know all biz owners in Singapore all want to strike it rich too little profit they don’t want to do,

So imagine one layer marker up 20% from importer to distributors to retailer to sales man commission each layer 20% by the time the phone reach your consumer hand how much more expensive liao

But the cheap brands all so ex also. The Realme 6 Pro come Singapore suddenly the price shoot up.
