Just took my TP first time today and managed to pass. Took a total of 8 lessons since 22 August, my instructor didn't hold me back when I said I wanted to take the test during my 5th lesson with him. Very patient and mild tempered old guy, his instruction also very clear. If anyone is looking for manual transmission instructor in the north (SSDC), I recommend him. He speaks english and mandarin but prefers conversing in mandarin.

Hey guys , i have tp on this 27 sep . And my instructor charge me tp for $350 includes 1 hour inside circuit . Is this expensive ? I ask my friends who pass they say their tp was $250 . Is there anyway i can change to another pdi to take tp ? $350 is so expensive. $250 to me reasonable

if the $350 includes 1 hour of warm up in circuit, then it is pretty reasonable.

Your friends who paid $250 for TP probably does not include the warm up session. The warm up session is basically just another normal lesson . So you should look at the cost as $250 + normal session fees + circuit fee.

I don't believe there are any PDIs now at the moment charging only $250 if it includes a 1 hour warm up session.. if 15-30mins warm up I believe.

Anyway, even if indeed it was an unreasonable price, it's probably too late for you to change anyway...

i took my 1st 3A TP @ BBDC with mr tan kim seong pte instructor & passed it. PIck up @ bukit batok mrt. then drive out carpark & practice on roads in the area. flexible timings. but got peak & non-peak prices (IIRC). if want his no. can pm me

Hi, any recommendations/ contacts for BBDC auto pdi? I've passed my FTT since Jan this year and yet to start on any practical lessons. Just renewed my PDL and tried searching for pdi recently. Contacted Mr Tan Kim Seong but he's fully booked till end of year Would greatly appreciate if anyone can pm me any recommendations!
