Is it true that DIY PC doesn't last as long as those big brand ones?
Maybe I should just buy a new pc. Cost of repairing and changing parts could be high.

Not true, all depends on luckIs it true that DIY PC doesn't last as long as those big brand ones?
My CPU is i5 9400F. I guess my vga port is useless since no onboard graphics.
My DIY i7 4790k still going strong since Dec 2014. Almost 9 years of usage. Only 2 things that has spoilt on me is GPU and PSU. Swap them for replacement, everything in working order. I use a MSI Z97 Gaming 5 mobo,Is it true that DIY PC doesn't last as long as those big brand ones?
Thanks everyone for the help, sent my cpu for diagnosis. No hope, MB is spoilt. So i thought i should just buy a new PC with warranty. Old parts from old pc will be removed as backup incase my new pc spoil in a few years time, old parts can be used to do testing.
