Replacing Gaming Laptop with PC

Been a while since i meddle with PC parts.. after selling off my Legion 5 Pro.. hoping to change back to a gaming rig which probably can last even longer for my gaming needs.

Have scope out the parts below, want to build a white rig with white components.. and didn't know it's i need to pay for the "additional white taxes"

I have bought Crucial T700 for this rig to suit the PCIE5 NVMe and have additional 2TB NVMe from my previous laptop for my games storage.

RAM wise, i'm swinging towards Lexar to suit the memory compatibility list for gigabyte.. any suggestion on the below parts and cheaper places to buy are greatly welcomed.

tradepac bundles the b650 aorus elite ax ice (full atx version) with the 78x3d for slightly cheaper than bizgram, based on the price u listed here. might be worth asking how much they sell the mobo on its own, as an matx board in a full atx case leaves quite a bit of space.

the nzxt kraken is not a very good cooler, given it performs very poorly on am5 and gets beaten by air coolers that cost a fraction of the price.

personally id get a white peerless assassin for around $50, which is more than enough for a 7800x3d, or if insistent on aio with screen, something like the lian li galahad ii lcd, which costs about the same price from dynacore.

the psu is hidden from sight, so i think getting a regular black psu and white cable extensions (if needed, usually around $20) is a more cost effective solution. the 4070s doesnt require that much power anyway, a good 650w unit like the nzxt c650 gold (also bizgram) for $100 is more than enough.

the ram kit that koenig suggested is fairly low profile at 32mm tall, lower than even corsair vengeance lpx ddr4 (33.5mm). on matx boards and larger, there is enough space between the socket and the ram slots for the heatsink to clear the ram slots entirely. even if the fan gets in the way, u can still shift the fan up a few mm.

for aio id just get the arctic liquid freezer series.

Try to avoid getting extension cable for your PSU. It's better to get pre-sleeved cable that connect directly to your PSU because extension cable might cost voltage drop over time which happen to mine.
