After many many months of research, I'm finally gonna build my rig next month. Would appreciate it if royfrosty bro or other gurus can advice me on the pricing from TP.

Parts I need

i7-4770K
Gigabyte GA Z87X-D3H
Noctua NH-D14
Zotac Geforce GTX770 AMP Edition
Seagate 2TB x2
Corsair RM650
Corsair 750D
Bluray Reader (Should I get this off amazon instead?)
Windows 8.1

Parts I already have

Crucial Ballistix 2x8gb 1600mHz
Kingston SSDnow v300 128gb x2

This build is made to dual boot both mac and windows thus the selection of the motherboard and the 770 card.

What are you planning to do with your com? Gaming dont need i7. i5 enough. At that kind of money, get an ssd to speed up boot times.

SSD is already listed. Hooted from BF couple months back. And yup I know don't need i7.

This is a gaming plus workstation ready rig, thus x2 SSD and x2 HDD for my dual boot. Workstation ready for Adobe work, like photoshop, illustrator etc. I'm a graphic designer as well.

Edit: I meant I know that if it's just for gaming, I don't need i7.

Nope not gonna raid. 1 SSD and 1 HDD will be for Windows, the other set for Mac.
And yes gonna OC for sure. Wouldn't be wasting that money if im not gonna OC.

If it's R9 280x, most likely a ASUS one for OS X. MSI one seems to have problems with OS X

Serving NS now not much time to go walk walk and check for stock availability. Seems like Tradepac always no stock for a lot of things.

Most of the things you want TP will have judging the things that you want.

H100i just get from the neighbour stores at $158

750D might be a problem. None of the stores will keep stocks for this big chassis.

My suggestion is just go down and take a look rather than just bang your money on just 1 shop.

IMO I will still get the nh d14.

though noctua is notorious for the big size

I will still get h100i over nh14. The ram will have a height clearance issue if you use that heatsink. Can only use low profile type.

Another thing the heatsink sure build up more dust.

And not many chassis can support the height of the heatsink. And another thing. Fugly design imo lol.

My crucial can fit. I checked already.
750D can support too.

I think the Noctua looks nice eh. Like a beast inside the beast.

ASUS R9 280x price in TP?

Sad to say it seems like ASUS's R9 280x is the only one that works OOB perfectly. If it's much more expensive then I'm gonna stick with Zotac GTX 770 AMP
