Totally different area so not sure can compare like that. But i am v shocked at the price list. M expecting 24xx to 27xx... but really many 22xx to 24xx.. never count exact but maybe half or more. Not sure..

So far their limit prices v tough to reach leh for the d15 except for this reserve.. I believe it's v good deal

3 years later either RR buyers made alot and D15 made less, or RR made marginal and D15 stay flat, since prices move in tandem islandwide. If just go by entry price alone, this is probably best in 2023. The premium for integrated is near to zero, not sure who priced it this way, they are leaving money on table for buyers to pocket

Dont believe simi what they have to pay for the public infrastructure or what. Exactly because they have to pay for such things, thats why the land they gotten it that cheap. If it doesnt, no way they could have won the bid with that pricing.

Why should 700+ units be paying for the entire land costs. FEO is also earning from their Service Apts and Malls.

Yet these youtubers are still singing that property prices will just keep going up and up. IF every1 is making $200-$300k after 3/4years matter of time before property prices become $4k psf, den who are these buyers who are buying from these sellers?
