don't think there is a need for flash sales. they have easily 3 years to clear 50+ units. no problem.

Once the 2024 RCR launches gets underway with prices going even higher, people will take a 2nd look at these 50+ units and find them reasonable after all. That's especially with interest rates expected to fall in latter half of 2024 which may lead to folks relooking into properties.

agree. these 50+ units are generally the worst facing (good facing all snapped up at launch) and thus lower psf.
at lower psf people may find it attractive.
