Just left the showflat. Carpark quite full, inside have quite a bit of people.

Showflat is very grand with seating places avail.

1br 441sqft starts from 1.11m
Total only 100 x 1br avail

The 1br have this sliding door which can cover either the master room or toilet. Sort of shield your privacy when you have guests coming over.

The freebie is nothing much, just a wooden coaster.

How come u have coaster? I went to the viewing by Huttons and I got nothing?

Saw quite a lot of foreigners there still, Korean, PRC Hongkees.

This place will sell like hot cakes, Far East know how to sell their product, gotta give them that.

the pool view is nice. i think got 100m long as it is made up of 50m lap pool and 2 more pools

land is elevated, most units start from #5 and #6, i think buy #7 or #8 is good enough.

I HAVE NOT. i go look see look see nia, marvel @ the site model only. dont think will drop cheque

so far im impressed by building structure. all appliances by smeg.

one good thing to note, developer only likely to be calling the first payment q1 2025. thus if you buy now, you only pay 20% without any loan drawn yet

if developer really only call next 10% foundation in q1 2025, another 15 +- months later your SSD will end and you can sell if you like. the outlay of cash/cpf/loan(interest) upfront is much slower.

At 2.3k quoted psf, for sure. But if developer do that, they are charitable.

Maximum price to me is 2.6k and they will likely sell at 2.7k for the one or two bed rooms.

I read somewhere here that we only need to take care of 20% down payment and the rest of draw down will be 2025? This will be good breathing space for budget buyers like my profile?
