How will it fail? The drinks prices will mark up eventually. Gov collect more $. As for the recycle machines, i bet it doesnt really cost tat much down the roads, compare to the price increased for the drinks. Same lik plastic bag - the revenue for 5c plastic bags i read is millions collected?

Looking at the size of the machine.. I think very fast will be full... then imagine got to waste fuel to drive there to pick up empty bottles and cans... and how is that good?

at first i also confused, cause nea website say cannot get deposit refund.

apr-sep is can sell both kind, with or without the deposit mark. only those with deposit mark will have the 10cents deposit fee, those don't have deposit mark cannot be marked up with the deposit fee.

so in that sense, there wouldn't be any deposit to be refunded for those without the deposit mark.
