They only allow the sales during the transition period, returning the refund has been always with the label.
It is only with the label, extra 10cent is collected.
Those drinks from before label-time does not have the deposit collected, thus there is no refund by the machine.

at first i also confused, cause nea website say cannot get deposit refund.

apr-sep is can sell both kind, with or without the deposit mark. only those with deposit mark will have the 10cents deposit fee, those don't have deposit mark cannot be marked up with the deposit fee.

so in that sense, there wouldn't be any deposit to be refunded for those without the deposit mark.

No collect refund they would not refund you.
To recycle non BCRS bottles, go to bluebin as no deposit was collected.
