Review on GLA180

On this series of suv, I once parked beside a GLS, seemed to be spec out with all the AMG features. That car is massive and looks very nice.

GLS different CLASS altogether lah

For conti and need space, consider gla is just to act to family members they have space for them lol.

I will. If I can't afford one that has decent leg room, I will not get it. I confess that I am a badge *****, that said, the car im get must at least be comfortable all round.

Yup. That clarifies. I don’t understand why ppl talk about leg space in Conti.

Either u get e best Asian make or if u want leg room, be prep to pay in Conti makes.

Car exterior is stylish and interior is neat.
Space is decent.
Boot Size is not that bad, 420L considering the exterior design.
Engine is decent 1.6L T engine.
Price is high without promotion.
Overall, if you have a small and young family, it could suit you.

More important is the driving feel, do you like it. Each car has its own character, it is like choosing your long term girl friend. Can't be anyhow and force yourself to compromise to like it.



Most impractical is looking good from outside but sucks to the core on the driving control department.

Inner beauty is more important.....

1. Not for tall people, i am 1.78m and sitting behind is quite cramped

2. Cushy ride (currently running conti tyres, cant remb what model must check again) but quite boring

3. Boot space not that big but not that small either, can fit about 1 big saf field pack, 1 sbo and helmet, still got some space left

4. If u sit in the car, it is wider than it looks so must be careful when parking or going thru narrow lanes like Woodlands or Tuas checkpoint

5. FC not that fantastic, 3/4 tank can drive about 350km to 380km, 60% city 40 expressway

6. Mine is the pre facelift so interior is very basic, dont even have Apple Carplay

7. Pickup is good enough until you can overtake vehicles easily but dont expect 0-60 in 8 sec

To me gla is a front wheel drive car , and is the really entry level of merc, get merc at least get a rear wheel drive

Rear wheel drive is famous for better handling and much more nimble

Did you mention it a lot of times?
If you did then I'll notice and agree with you though.
But honestly, i prefer rwd for the ease of steering only

This is true. There are apparent differences between front-wheel drive and rear-wheel drive even for someone like me who is not a car aficionado. The differences are obvious when turning around bends and going up slopes.

Just wonder is there any term n condition.

Else might be an entry buy for such a branding.

Probably due to the drop in Cat A COE.

C&C’a GLA180 is selling at 150k.

On this note, anybody know the difference between PI GLA and C&C GLA? I know PI’s one is Urban Edition.
