What happened?

Just kena restricted access. Revolut limit very low sia. Now money stucked in Revolut. Anyone tried ATM withdrawal alr? Any fee in sg?

my guess is transferring too much money back to bank account.

This is not the 1st one and we will see more and more.

the money can't be withdrawn or spent before it unlocks your account.

transfer to your bank account with caution.

If you want to transfer to bank account I think TransferWise is better. It is meant for global transfer.

Can we transfer to Malaysian or Indonesian bank accounts using Revolut? I tried selecting IDR and it says doesn't support this currency. Or I am supposed to select SGD first?

i also got notification account is limited after i topup $1500 for my JP trip tomorrow. However though access is limited i still can use it to pay my bills so not sure what exactly is limited

they wanted to review my 3 mth salary with declaration of my annual income before they offer full access.

seriously limiting my access just because i topup $1.5k for my holiday

the back end algorithm is just very strange, topping up large amt will trigger their fraud detection, i guess they want to avoid money laundering so large topup will need you to substantiate with income statement

I can't even top up more than $400 at a time even if I wanted. I think splitting up the amount will largely avoid the issue.

What are the restrictions? Does this mean that the card has $1500 but cannot use to pay an item that is close to $1500? Did they state what is the limit set?

I did a 2k top up the other day for international transfer to a relative's Malaysian bank account. Didn't receive any notification.

So yeah, dunno how they calculate at back end???

For revolut Virtual card and Standard physical card are free.

How come you guys can top up more than 1k. The max I can top up at a time is only ard $870. Anyway is pretty silly to have this kind of review for such a low amount.

I started with $400 but they increase it to 1k+ overtime. Not sure whats the max topup limit now..but card still can use even though they limit my account
