You have to enable contactless payment in app :)


Just got my Revolut card.
For 1st transaction, suppose to use pin. But when i flash card at reader, it doesn't prompt for PIN and transaction failed. Issit have to slot card into reader for PIN prompt?:(

How long did the delivery take from ordering the card? Need signature? Which courier?

I’m topping up my Revolut account using Apple Pay. My Apple Pay is linked to a KrisFlyer UOB Credit Card.

In other overseas forums they suggest funding a Revolut account in this fashion might be deemed a “cash advance” and incur fees from the credit card company. This doesn’t seem to be the case here, at least as far as I can tell.

In which case, I’m just wondering might this transaction also count as a reward / miles gathering one? Maybe it counts as “local spend” which I think is $1 = 1.2 miles for this particular credit card...

You'll find out when you get your November statement (miles are credited one month later if I'm not wrong). :s8:

Still stuck at the verification page for a week. No number to call (only number to call is for card cancellation) and can't access live chat because I can't access the app. Opening the app brings me direct to the "verifying" page. Anyone in the same situation as me? This is frustrating me. The lack of customer support is appalling. Sad. Anyone got any solution to this? Cheers l

has anyone tried fund in with GP succesfully?

i tried with 20 , but it says its a US based cc?

Just want to share to new users on a basic info, which is probably hard to get from the other users here.

Ordered the Premium card on 22nd, with estimate to be shipped on the same day and receive by 24th.

The shipping notification I received last night on 23rd, and estimated delivery by 25th end of day.
The card itself is sent by DHL Express from Poland, Warsaw and is trackable.

Same problem here and even chat with endness waiting. This is probably norm for fintech company, just surprise not even an email address to send.

Do you have Twitter? I read from other forums that if you complain using Twitter, it gets resolve very quickly. You can try but not sure how true it is.

What motivated you to get the premium?
I think its the sweet spot in terms of benefits and pricing.

1. My company usually sends engineers overseas, and since it's SME we don't have company issued credit cards. We can claim expenses once we come back.
The premium have a reasonable ATM allowance which can be used for daily usage every month.
Even if you go for overseas holidays S$700 is enough for ATM withdrawals.
2. Travel insurance (though not active yet for Singapore users probably).
3. No extra charges for virtual cards. I have several ongoing subscriptions and like to purchase stuff online.
4. Turbo transfer is a nice to have, though I am not sure whether I will use it a lot.
5. Hopefully a better support.

The Metal card looks nice, but I can't justify spending an extra S$10 just for that. and the benefits doesn't seem worth it.
I do not use credit cards, so the Premium plan looks good enough.
