You can actually do a credit card cash advance for free. Top up using credit card, then send to your bank account and earn interest. Anybody tried?

This is how we lose good things.

They disabled credit card fees 'for the time being' to attract customers, but if you guys keep doing this and they lose too much cash, they're re-impose them again.

They can always make it impossible to transfer to your own account, then problem solved for them.

The sending might be free but since it looks like a swift bank transfer and Revolut is based overseas, the incoming TT fees charged by your receiving bank won't be cheap I think..

Wow, really?
Can send to own bank account?
Is sending to own account instant?

Now I got another problem.
I got stuck at the email verification part.
They said to feedback in- app but I can't find the option to do so.

it is not instant. it took about 7 days? faster and free if you are premium member.

A separate question, if you want to transfer to a foreign account in foreign currency, do you select SGD and let the receipient bank convert to foreign currency?

Or you select foreign currency, will the receipient bank charge a TT fee?

This is Revolut Singapore. Also the credit card is considered as issued in Singapore? If not simply go will have administration charges

Have you tried transferring Revolut funds to a local bank account and no charges?

I topped up $20 via my SCB Spree and I see only $20 charge with description: 'Revolut Singapore Singapore SG'

Which card you used and is there is break up of charges?

I understand this is the beta version?
Means this batch are guinea pigs?
Any advantages in signing up now?

The app can't verify my email, so I can't use it yet.

I just registered successfully after being in the waitlist for a few months, I almost forgotten about it.

Is there any fees for withdrawing fees? And also where do the funds go to? Just curious, if I need the money back in SGD, not doing any fancy foreign currency stuff.

I think credit card can be used for SGD spending. But first transaction should be chip based. I am still waiting for my card, it is dispatched and expected to arrive tomorrow.

My only question is, whether this will be considered a Singapore issued card or not. It matters for simplygo, since simplygi has admin fees for foreign issued cards.

I checked the FAQ, and I can nominate a bank account for transfer, just wondering if there are any fees in doing so, anyways, you can always use it as a credit card to top up your fare card.

Did you apply for the standard card?
If so how much is the delivery fee?

What is the advantage of having the physical card?

You have to top up $20 first into the account, and then you can request for the standard card to be send to you for free.

You need the physical card for ATM withdrawals, they won't even give you a virtual card until you have done in-store purchase using the physical card.

How does one add money to a Revolut card? Is transferring funds from a SG bank account to Revolut considered funds transfer to a foreign bank account?
