Which of the 1.5%/1.6% rebate cc exclude revolut?

I gather scb unlimited from prev posts. Any others?

All of them i reckon? Got so good lobang meh? I've been topping up with Citibank Cashback+ (VISA) version. Never pay attention to see if got cashback or not haha.

What mcc is revolut for visa and master? Then just check tnc will know

Revolut has changed the MCC code for top-up transactions, and your bank might charge fees for these type of transactions, especially if you have a credit card.
It was 6012 (Financial institutions merchandise and services) before, and they changed it to 4829(Wire Transfer - Money Orders).

The above MCC info retrieved from another website. I think it is for MasterCard. Not sure if the MCC above is correct. Anyone able to tell from the MCC number alone if cashback/miles applicable ?

That is why Revolut don't allow cash withdrawal thru ATM within Singapore. Youtrip is the same.

For visa, was still 6012. These few days, there is a "change" in their payment method. MCC for visa still 6012, after this new "change"?

Wow. I got slapped alot of top up transaction fees over the weekend! It's counted as a foreign currency transaction. About 3% of top up amount! Damn!!

Revolut mentioned that they will cover the excess costs by crediting the amount to your Revolut account in due course.

In the "notification" about the new payment method. Not sure how would they know the fees, esp if one top up from google pay (would the merchant know the card issuer, and card type)?

I have one card issuer that have varying FX fees for different cards.

I surmise that the previous transaction could be handled by wirecard and nw they are changing to another service provider due to the saga.

In business world "due course" is a very broad and undefined term. It's as good as telling - as and when they wish to return.

i have been topping up using apple pay but didn’t see any fees in the amount posted to my credit card. does this only affect topping up via credit card directly?
