Did anyone received the targeted promo for referral? Invite a friend and the friend gets 50 and you get 50 too.

But there are more things to do this time which is to make 3 qualifying transactions with the virtual card (while waiting physical) within the 2 weeks

The $50 cash each to both the referer and new signup is really much more compared to google pay. Everyone should take this opportunity.

Yes. $50 is really quite a lot. Free pocket money to both referrer and referee. It's a win-win!

I'm so lucky to be one of the targeted users to receive email for this referral promotion.

got any transfer fees on revolut side?

Technically yes. IIRC, was a max of $9 fee per overseas transfer, but if you do more than 3 transactions monthly, then metal gets unlimited free transfers for $19.99 per month.

any of u experienced issue with the $50 refer link?
Yeah, 4 of my friends never get $50 reward after completing 3 transaction and ordering physical card. Now when I press share on the "invite friends", the generated $50 referral link is now changed to 'normal' referral link stating "You've missed the current deadline for a cash reward, but you can still get a free card" when the last day for this promo is on 1st June 2021.

So far only claimed 10 of the 25 referrals limit and now, my referral link generated is not the $50 referral link anymore. I've also ask the app customer service and they can't give me a proper answer why me and my friends are not rewarded upon registration.

Just did an overseas transfer and now there is a fee. There weren't any fees in April or anytime since I started using it a couple of years ago. Also I couldn't transfer the total forex balance in my wallet (less the fee) - it kept saying "something went wrong". What a load of junk - the only reason I risk using an unregulated startup with lots of horror stories from users was due to very good exchange rates and no fees.

Now I'll try to transfer my remaining balance back to my SGD bank account and then delete the app.

They should have sent you an email about this:

If you are transferring around $4-5k, I think their rates still beat TransferWise.

Thanks, I didn't see the email. I just checked the difference between Revolut and Transferwise and on $1000 it works out at less than $1 difference. Transferwise does same day transfers, with Revolut it takes at least 2 days and sometimes up to a week before the money is deposited into my foreign account. Think I'll go back to Transferwise as the difference is a small price to pay for peace of mind.
