The Revolut app itself has an Analytics button and breakdown by Category, including Transport. I've been using that to track since SimplyGo's adding of the card is erratic.

I have contacted both TransLink and Revolut support with regards to the unsuccessful registration of Revolut cards on SimplyGo.
Both sides have investigated and said that there are no issues with the system on their side.

I'm currently going after the payment provider, NETS.

I'm experiencing the same issue.. Have they got back to you? I just feedback to them as well

i reported on late May, Revolut said is their issue and they are trying to fix it.
Up till now still not fix...

NETS got back today with some interesting findings.

As the txn was rejected from the bank with error code '05' , we have to route this txn to UOB who is the merchant bank of Transit Link & see if they can route to HSBC to identify because this error code is usually returned by issuing bank to UOB who then returned to eNETS .

UOB has checked & confirmed the rejection is from the issuing bank as the same merchant is able to process other txns, so kindly check with HSBC again to confirm .

So I'm guessing Revolut goes through HSBC's network and the issue is with Revolut.

I doubt that it is a Revolut problem and nothing to do with HSBC. UOB should talk to Revolut through Visa. Probably UOB did not process the transaction properly, causing Revolut rejecting the transaction with code 05 "Do Not Honour".

Lol, it just occurred to me that NETS might have confused Revolut for the HSBC Revolution Card. Let me clarify that with them.

Doubt anyone is going to take ownership of this SimplyGo problem at this rate.
