i don’t think there is a call option for revolut cs. only chat. and normally is chat with their angmoh staff from europe.

how do you topup from local bank? When I am at the page "How to add money", I select "Regular bank transfer", it will show all the bank detail(wrong pre-fill detail), click Done. Nothing happen just go back to the "How to add money page".

Just add the details given as a new payee in your DBS/POSB. I just did that and the transfer instantly showed up within Revolut. Good luck.

Try creating a virtual card. And add the virtual card details to Simplygo. I'm using virtual card but added that few month ago.

Was looking at the TNC for the 20% cashback for the transport. It seems like we have to top up 100$ for month of May and month of June in order to qualify....for both periods.

Meaning you cannot use the leftover balance in month of May to spend for your transport for month of June. It will not work
