Hello I'd like to ask something in regards to the cashback as it seems my previous cashback was not successful.
I understand I will have to do a bank xfer of $100 to enjoy the cashback of 20%

Do I need to use the Revolut Physical card to enjoy the cashback?
Previously what I did was add it to Gpay and use Revolut to pay but it seems no cashback was given.

Anyone charged for Gojek and the transaction description came up as "Velox Digital Singapore"?
I had several Gojek transactions and some showed as Velox and some showed correctly as Gojek.
Not sure why, but hopefully it doesn't cause an issue for the 20% rebate.
It may be a slight issue if they have no clue that Velox is Gojek. Just monitor and if really doesn't matches the mentioned promo rebates, then chat with them and probably can give screenshot or what.

But only thing I don't like Revolut CS is their chat is half baked one, sometimes you meet good CSO they're on the ball, some you feel nauseous from talking to them as they're not really responsive and keep having to initiate chat with them and a brand new CSO reads the case and start over to understand the issue. Afterall who you are talking to is non SG based, so they'll have more issue understanding local context promotions such as the Gojek one.

If someone knows Revolut email address, I don't mind email them easier all write my thoughts at one go rather than talk in messager mode in chat.

i transferred via bank transfer. $100. I used Revolut on Gpay for my public transport. So far managed to get the 20% for Jan and Feb.

Yea, can probably resolve with their CS if needed. Though as u mentioned, it can be quite annoying to follow up with their CS at times. Fingers crossed then.

Perhaps I should try again this month and I suppose I will receive my payout during April.

Are you sure? I haven't received the physical replacement card but I added it to my Apple Pay wallet and it's a MasterCard.

i replaced 2 metal and 1 premium cards. all arrived as visa cards. surprised that they still allowed me to replace the metal and premium cards with no fees when i already canceled the metal subscription more than a year ago.

Yeah. It all seems strange. They haven't ask me to replace my metal card and the standard card which they did ask me to replace came as a Visa premium card. Maybe they'll try to charge me (and you) subscription fees if you activate them.

this is correct, if you notice the page that ask you to select which card/cards to replace the Metal and Premium ones are Visa.

on the replacement page, there's 3 selection. For your Standard card replacement, did you click Standard or click Premium (perhaps becos you unwarily thought can select a nice design)?

if based on what you mention, seems that you click Standard Card (with a masters image) but delivered as Visa Platinum, likely bcos the app interface since a while ago will only show Master image for standard card. Probably becos they cannot just swing you over from Visa to Masters as they are 2 seperate card networks, just like how we often see that happening at banks like Citi where they don't force you to migrate from CRVS TO CRMC, where any expiring/replacement card is still issued as Visa even tho they stopped taking in new application for Visa version

but they still have the commercial rights to issue Visa under Metal and Premium so to kind of force you to replace the card, they compensate by sending a Premium card design. but behind the scenes is still a standard card and benefits but with a Premium design. this is my guess. Only when more ppl replace their card then you know whether is it given that Premium Card design is issued as replacement for Standard cards.

I only had the option to replace the card with one of three card designs. Nothing about Visa/MC or standard card. The card they said I had to replace was a Visa standard card which now expires in 70 days according to the app.

My replacement pages are below. i'm using Standard card. just to clarify what tier card were you replacing, last i read you replaced Standard? for my standard screen, the button is "Get Standard for Free".



when you scroll right you will see Premium and Metal cards. so i was wondering is it you scroll right and click Upgrade unknowingly thinking it's part of the replacement.

Forced card replacement (via notification in app) had a different screen.

i used to have the app notification many days back but i didn't replace immediately, obviously the notification is not on my screen now.

at the same exact time the notification came, i received email asking me to replace my card.



so once i clicked the "order a replacement card" button, it goes and open Revolut app and will go to this next 2 pages, before reaching the screenshot i pasted in earlier post

right now i received another notification tonight on the revolut replacement, and email again.



so i clicked it and it opens Revolut again. this would be the next screen.



but same thing, next page will show the 3 cards tier selection page. same goes for clicking the new replacement button for from the email reminder tonight.

Hi, may I know if anyone has replaced the revolut standard card successfully? I always encountered the error message in the last step. It says "We're sorry, something has gone wrong. Please try later".
