You can add to your mobile wallets like Apple Pay. I think I waited 2 weeks or so for the physical card.

When you click on order card, it will show you the fee, if any. As recent as last month, the basic card was still free.

Looks like they have updated the condition to 30 business days for the crediting of cashback.

[Update to Term 7.1: Revolut will contact all participants who have been awarded any cashback by email and deposit the cashback amounts into their Revolut Account within thirty (30) business days after the end of each Campaign Period.]
