Hi everyone. I realised there is 1% charge to change Thai baht. Wonder whether there is any card that doesn’t charge 1% for Thai baht?

i use the DBS-multi currency card but the rate is not as competitive. Supposedly there's 2% cashback for Foreign currency but probably after factoring in the 1% fee for Revolut THB the overall margin is still better with Revolut.

Revolut offering $100 referral for new customers.

Need to order physical card, link bank account and perform 3 retail spends of >10$ to get $100.
thanks for sharing. i recently apply using a link for Aug22. I have performed everything as above. Does the referral benefit both ways? usually how long it takes to get the referral $? i used a link from someone not close.

Hey, my July cashback for transport came in lower than I own-self calculated. Have chatted with the in-app CSO but they haven't yet get back with a resolution.

Is this a common issue? Read earlier posts like the cashback is accurate to the dot. But mine isn't...

Not sure if it's due to the MasterCard issue where they tend to hold on to the charge until 5 days or $15 thingy that's messing up the cashback.

What's your experience so far?

65 cents lower (which translates to $3.25 cost of transport).
Oh then it’s probably correct. You can go back and review your total spend on Bus/Mrt for the last month in the Revolut app, maybe one of them missed the month’s cut off.

thing is, no matter how I include/exclude those transactions, I can't figure out how the difference can be $3.25. it's super weird.

Which transactions are you looking at?

If you go to the Revolut app, total up all the transactions that say Bus/mrt for the month of July. Multiply by 0.2, & round to the nearest cent, that should be correct.

yes I did that... it didn't add up. that's why I'm asking if any of you experience such discrepancies and what you do.

anyway.. still waiting for the in-app CSO to update me... been more than 24 hours still no update. oh well... just wait I guess.

I just got $10 cashback from revolut for July spend. I did both grab top up as well as bank top up. Now this month I am debating whether I should only do grab top up or bank top is really necessary. Can someone confirm please if grab top of $300 is enough to get the simply go cashback?

I noticed that GPMC is designated as prepaid card by revolut. So would it qualify for the $300 topup condition?

Okay, I found out that the missing rebate/transaction was one which was shown as "Completed • Delayed transaction"

Wonder what's the issue. Money was deducted correctly though. So maybe it wasn't counted for July in time since it's "delayed transaction"? 🤷

Still no update from them. Maybe have to wait till September reward to see if they include it in August instead of July? Have to wait and see..
