I just got $10 cashback from revolut for July spend. I did both grab top up as well as bank top up. Now this month I am debating whether I should only do grab top up or bank top is really necessary. Can someone confirm please if grab top of $300 is enough to get the simply go cashback?

I noticed that GPMC is designated as prepaid card by revolut. So would it qualify for the $300 topup condition?
It isn't, GPMC is recognised as credit by revolut. If you add a debit card to revolut, it will show the card type as Debit at the card selection page under i, that isn't the case for GPMC.

Anyway it only takes a few minutes to transfer in and out, why jeopardise your $10 rebate?

The T&C only excludes credit cards, debit and prepaid cards don't fall into this category and this clause takes effect from 1 Jul 22:
On and after 1 July:
  • If you make a bank top up or card top up (except credit card) of SGD$300 or more, you will receive 20% cashback.

May I ask could we transfer out immediately after top up? Let say top up 300, and transfer out 250
remain 50 for MRT ride

Just received Revolut email for $60 referral reward. No longer $100 referral reward. Wonder if next round will be back to $100 referral reward again?

For the free tier, free ATM withdrawal is capped at SGD350 per month on a rolling month basis. The paid plans have a higher limit (SGD700 for premium, SGD1050 for metal). Above the limit, you will be charged 2% admin fee.

Do note that there is a fee-free exchange limit of SGD5,000 per month (also on rolling month basis) for the free tier. This includes all exchanges, whether you are exchanging within the Revolut wallet, or exchanges done automatically due to ATM withdrawals or debit card transactions in foreign currency but taken from your SGD wallet. Exchanges above that limit will be charged an additional 0.5% fee. Again, the paid plans also have higher limits.

One other thing is that the overseas ATM might have their own charges & own limits. You'll need to google what's the best option in Switzerland for this.

IMHO, for a largish sum like that, you're better off going to a money changer.

I GUESS might be ezlink / simplygo having issues.
They are scheduling a downtime tonight 10pm to 3sep 5pm. I'm not exactly sure if it's related or not.

Anyone having issues topping up Revolt with EZlink MC?

How do you withdraw money from revolut back to your bank account? I added my bank account but when I tried to withdraw, it say that there is "some error". Customer service is slow and just tries to delay things.

Click transfer, then new, then new recipient on top right and key in the information. I did that and money got transferred to my bank instantly.

Hi everyone, thinking of getting a card for overseas use - either revolut or youtrip. Very new to this kind of stuff, anyone able to give a very quick pros/cons of each?

Understand that these cards are prepaid, so I think the most important factor for me is to be able to withdraw out any unused balance once my trip is over. I think revolut got this feature although the amount is limited, does youtrip have this feature?

Is there any benefit in getting both?

I just don't want to have too many accounts/cards around I guess, so picking one which will best fit my purpose. That's the reason why I also want the ability to withdraw funds, don't want to leave sum of money here and there, everywhere a bit :ROFLMAO:
