I guess not.
they will know whats a credit and debit card.

Can. I topup with a mastercard. No card rebate though since it is wallet

No. It is just a topup. The same as when you topup Grab wallet or pay on AXS.

I chatted as well and ask the SCO to escalate and I can provide SimplyGo transaction as proof, unlikely it will be succeed but anyway lesson learnt.

Yes it went through. I just need to produce the evidence that I used more than 10 with SimplyGo transaction record.

Thats great to hear. Then i will go appeal too. Though its a small hassle to appeal but i did use the card diligently for public transport in March, rebates likely to be less than $10 but better than nothing.

Can check, if top up with mastercard, are there any fees for subsequent top ups from cc? As I've only done 1st top up only, (and they "stress" that first top up are free from cc), so not sure if subsequent top ups incur charges.

I’ve been topping up with Citibank Mastercard via ApplePay. No fees.

Personal experience this morning in Johor Bahru. When I paid RM150+ at supermarket, I got S$1 : RM3.34. About five minutes later, I paid RM9+ at another shop and I got RM3.33.

Not sure if it’s FX movement or Revolut gives better rates for larger amounts. Will monitor and update if I observe this again.

Revolut follows live rates (except on weekends), to 4 bps (decimal points). Perfectly normal to see significant fluctuations intraday.

Revolute is very good for spiting bills. Immediately charged knows the amount in S$. Not like credit card need to wait till posted to know the S$ amount.

Sounds more like your credit card’s bank problem if you can’t see a charge appear immediately in your online banking.

Besides, when the cashier hands you the credit card charge slip, you just throw into the trash without looking?

Live chat with revolut agent on monday regarding the March public transport rebates.
Agent immediately asked if i was using Mastercard and to my surprise, told me that the rebates will be in end of the week. I was not asked to provide anything.

Just checked and rebates are in today.
