good news and bad news...

good news is..I call up at 9pm sunday....the CSO still working !!

bad news is, I was told the $1 was for fall below fee, which they have deducted wrongly...so waiting for their call to confirm over next few days...

not that $1 is a lot..but just want to know what is this misc fee..

Did a FAST this morning and got this error. While the fund was returned immediately, the daily transfer limit was affected.

And can we close the account immediately or need to have the account for 6 months?

Same issue at HSBC for larger amount since Sat afternoon. They plan to fix the issue this morning aro 11am.

any idea if this will address the issue raised in #423 where the FAST Out failed, fund was returned back to account but as it seems to be counted as a FAST Out then back In, the daily limit has kicked in.

Fast Transfer service is now back. I tried on RHB mobile app at about 3.30pm

CSO told me normally fall below fee is $2 but there should be no more fall below fee from July onwards so if got charged $2 then its a system glitch and should be reversed by end of next week. CSO say only those who opened the account via the app should have this issue. But CSO was very puzzled when I informed her that my charge was $1 she said everyone else was charged $2 so she has to go check further.
