I believe an Ivy Bridge can withstand up to 105 degs, as per their website. Unless the processor is running north of 90 degs, or freezing up due to over heating, I see no reasons to worry.

At idle, the temps looks perfectly fine to me since even with water cooling the coolest it can get is your room temp. Considering at least one core is still working, there is bound to be heat produced, pushing the temps higher than room temp.

What's the rough cost of delidding a CPU ah? Very curious haha.
