RAM: USD20-70 (4GB to 16GB)

How low you want to go ah TS?
Give you best value for money CPU in term of price and performance liao.
The rest depends you want to cut on MOBO or RAM or not.

if buying from amazon, better to look at ryzen 5 1600af, which is essentially a 2600 with lower stock clocks, but once oc-ed is virtually the same as the 2600. going for 100usd.
