Want cheap and best value, people give 1600 or 2600 + B450 MB will say CPU too old/slow
Give 3700x will say too expensive.

The $105 one definitely doesn't ship to sg, what're you talking about?

And at $115 why bother with the 1600 AF, might as well buy the 2600.

1600 AF was only really worth when it just released for 85USD + forwarding.
