Leaked Galaxy Note 7 front panel reveals iris scanner

http://www.hardwarezone.com.sg/tech-news-leaked-galaxy-note-7-front-panel-reveals-iris-scanner

From the article:

"Aside from confirming that the Galaxy Note 7 will indeed have dual-edge panel and a 5.8-inch display, the additional cutouts on the top of the front panel suggest that Samsung will be equipping its next phablet with an iris scanner!"

"...Samsung has registered Galaxy Iris and Galaxy Eyeprint trademarks in the U.S, the EU and South Korea."

"Other rumored specs of the Galaxy Note 7 include an Exynos 8893 processor, 6GB RAM, storage options of 64GB/128GB/256GB, a 12-megapixel rear camera with Dual Pixels and optical image stabilization, a front-facing 5-megapixel camera, Android 6.0.1 with a new Grace UX, USB Type-C port, a 4,000mAh battery, IP68 water and dust resistance and a new S-Pen."

Hmm.....what is Android 6.0.1 with new Grace UX?

An updated version of touch wiz code named "Grace UX" with a new user experience. :)

Here's what to expect!

hmm wonder if they will release just Galaxy Note 8 edge?

haha. maybe that's why rumor this year only edge. sets the stage for only edge model.

If that happens! We can have an interesting thread title such as Galaxy Note 9 -
"Because 7 ate 9" :s13:

:s13:
My hypothesis on this is that curved screens - in terms of manufacturing / production / cost etc. has matured now after the Note edge, S6 Edge etc.
So maybe in this direction, all phones will have edge.

Actually all phones do have edge "E" , when the reception / data is real real bad :s13: this is bad joke.

Will it still allow SD card? Wonder how the processor will be better than the existing sd820 phones out there.

Getting a Mi5 64gb in the meantime while waiting for this hehehe
