The excess was false.

It’s an overpriced EC with only 4 stack good facing. Rest very cramp with left right hdb. Lousy location for that price also actually if u ask me.

From the response, it does look like it will be roughly there. Every table was filled, people standing ard signing authorisation forms coz not enough tables. I might have thought the units going for half price man.

The hesitants pay more now.

Technical speaking, it's not wrong. Lousy location.

Imagine breathing in all the fumes or pm 2.5 particles from johor.

Signature or Criterion also bad location. Same for Northwave.
