Hi all,

Is there anyway to amend your contact details on Syfe without emailing them?

I can't seem to find the control panel or anything similar. There's no option for anything like this at all. The layout is too basic.

Cannot. I just updated mine.

Have to email them, and they will ask you to WhatsApp back using your new number a verification code to their WhatsApp.

Nobody replied the WhatsApp and had to chase them via their webchat

I also on both. Both global portfolio, same story. Plus reit portfolio on Syfe.

Thanks. That really sucks. Wonder why they would leave out something as important as this.

I'm starting with 500 lump and 100 per month. The returns are great and that worries me a bit.
