would i need a 850w psu if im going for 3080 AIB cards like strix? or 750w will be fine like FE requirements?

depends on how many fans and whether you're overclocking everything
cpu + ram + gpu
and how many ssd/hdd etc...
my 750w gonna barely make it cos i got sound card as well
I think 750 is still the bare minimum. However, the Strix needs 3 x 8pin connectors. So just make sure you have 3 dedicated connectors at the back of the PSU.
just go 1000w or 1200w for future proof sake la![]()
Yeah thats what I did. Just went with 1000W. Gives you a greater peace of mind for future peripherals and what not that you might add to your build.
Dynacore seem to be accepting preorders can go their FB page see , got ASUS, Gigabyte, Zotac , Msi on their latest price list but no price yet
Hope soon someone stsrt to make custom cables for 12pin to 2x 8pins

Even if you are using 10900K with 64GB with many SSD and HDD and sound cards and this and that with a 3080, a 750W is enough.

Most people go for the 650w so that would actually be the real question![]()
their spec already put required power is 750w.Curious if my NZXY H1 ITX (650w) build will work with a 3080. I only have a 2TB NVMe installed and do not plan to add anymore hard disks. The CPU is the R9 3950X which could put me at risk of stability problems - will need to test I suppose!

Correct me if im wrong but only the FE models uses the 12 pin, all other AIB cards currently use the standard 8pins and you dont need the dongles for them.
