I think 750 is still the bare minimum. However, the Strix needs 3 x 8pin connectors. So just make sure you have 3 dedicated connectors at the back of the PSU.

just go 1000w or 1200w for future proof sake la :s13:

Yeah thats what I did. Just went with 1000W. Gives you a greater peace of mind for future peripherals and what not that you might add to your build.

just know that when ur psu is too big, your idle power draw will be below its 20% power draw where your 80 + bronze silver gold platinium is measured.
at that kind of power usage, the efficiency of power supplies can be much worse than rated.

just contact Dynacore. Apparently, as of this writing, they only know that ASUS TUF is coming on Day 1. No word yet on Strix models.

Didn't enquire about the other brands.

Even if you are using 10900K with 64GB with many SSD and HDD and sound cards and this and that with a 3080, a 750W is enough.

Most people go for the 650w so that would actually be the real question :s22:

Curious if my NZXY H1 ITX (650w) build will work with a 3080. I only have a 2TB NVMe installed and do not plan to add anymore hard disks. The CPU is the R9 3950X which could put me at risk of stability problems - will need to test I suppose!

In the past, when system requirement was 500w, ppl went for 650w 700w psu. But when system req is 750w these days.. Ppl is asking if 600w 650w psu will work. =0

Correct me if im wrong but only the FE models uses the 12 pin, all other AIB cards currently use the standard 8pins and you dont need the dongles for them.
