It's through the money changer comparator website get4x (http://www.get4x.com) so the best rates are not always given by the same money changer... I don't know about today
this is an old thread. do you all still want to know the exchange rate from SGD to IDR? what for? you want to sell a gadget to indonesia?

It seem that the rate I mention yesterday is no longer valid...
Here is what I see now on the website (get4x.com) knowing that the distance specified is from my location (Raffles place) to the money changer. Once you select and validate the deal, you'll get the exact address and itinary:
