Just go batam and buy... i think the rate is better in batam.. buy some in sg..

If your place is near arcade, just go there change.
their rates normally is the highest in singapore ...
if not, change abit near your place. if u want change in batam, go ahead to change there ...

I have a small amount of Indonesian Rupiahs which I am looking to change back to SGD.

I have 5 pieces of 50,000 Rupiahs which totals 250K Rupiahs. To be honest, it is not a lot if exchanged back to SGD but just looking for buyers anyway!
