An update on my issue. Bought Apple 2m charging cable. Charges fine. I guess Baseus and Prolink use the same e-marked chip and may be faulty.

I have 2x baseus 100w cable, both works. I have s23 and tab s8.

For me no difference because my phone already in a ringke onyx case which I'm quite satisfied with.

Just wait for them release and see how, hope this year they release synthesis for S23 ultra and the cases feature individual cutout for the camera lenses instead of open design like last year.

I have 2x baseus 100w cable, both works. I have s23 and tab s8.

Have you tried charging at 5% to 20% battery? You won't notice an issue also if you don't have a battery monitoring app but if you do, the charging speed will hit up to 40w, then reset, until it stabilises at around 38w. Tried on another s23u with the same issue.

All in all this means charging speed will be slower than expected. Once above 20%+ battery there won't be an issue cos it will no longer charge above 40w.

I do not experience this issue with my old s22u and my laptop. Guess it could be more of a compatibility issue or something not up to spec somewhere.

My same camel brown one is still the same colour bo doubt the edges start to change colour a little. Unlike yours.
