Sager released 1 X 8GB Ram this week.

Sager NP8130, NP8150 and NP8170 can have up to 32GB 1333MHz (4 X 8GB)

Sager NP7280, NP7282, NP8180 can have up to 24GB 1333MHz (3 X 8GB)

Only if you loaded your laptop with Windows 7 Professional or Ultimate.

By the way, due to shortage of Hard Disk. This month Hard Disk price will be very high.

If you want to upgrade to 32GB, its possible but your OS have to be Win 7 Professional or Ultimate.

*Windows 7 Home premium has a 16GB max limitation, Windows 7 Pro / ult. Required for 32GB memory configures.

I ordered an np8150 with gtx485. However, i dont see gtx485 in upgrade options anymore.So they wont produce any gtx485 right? Are there any case that my laptop will be delayed??. I am really worry cause' i need it soon for my assignment.

Recently, my webcam is broken or something. My NP5160 just doesn't detect the webcam, both in Windows 7 and Ubuntu 11.10. Therefore I believe this is a hardware problem. Do I need to bring down to Bukit Timah Centre?

Yup, Sager have remove that GPU.

We actually sent your order before they remove it. We are now waiting for them to reply if they have stocks for that GPU.

If the option for that GPU not available, we will contact you if you want to change to 6990M instead.

You may want to try to reinstall the driver?

Did you try to press (fn + f10) and on/off the webcam?

If problem still there, you can bring over to let us have a check.

im planning to buy a laptop. eyeing an aw m14x or np8130. some say sager warranty and service is not that good. is this true? that if my unit has s problem then i would have to shipped it to US and bearing all the cost? and that the build quality is really lousy? flex? and plasticky? are any of these really true?
