tokyo is cold for past few days but should get warm from tomorrow.

why go gotemba? go karuizawa better. haha

its holidays now. traffic will be mad. and you have to park a few km away and take a damn crowded bus to get to the shopping area. hakone is also known for sucky traffic during hols. can get stuck for 3-4hrs easily.

i might be wrong but it happened to us last year. checkout the google live traffic function. seems pretty bad now especially at hakone.

Anyway Osaka not much sakura activity, dropped by tourism office and was advised to head to Kyoto in a few days time so I'll be going there on Thursday. Can't delay any longer since Friday I head to Tokyo.

Was at Ueno today. Still quite bare leh...just starting to bloom for most of the trees. Only a few are close to full bloom but prob only a handful.

Chidorigafuchi was even more bare....

Oh well, heading to Kyoto tomorrow!

broke still can holiday. depends ba. if tokyo, the local specialties are monjayaki and hoppy! haha.

Really? I thought Tokyo would be fareing better based on the pics I've seen. Was planning on heading to Chidorigafuchi this weekend though
