Hi Kyoji83, just to check what will be the market rate for a graduate which degree major in logistics and supply chain management with 1.5 yrs related working experience?

Many thanks man!

Does anybody know what is the market rate for program enrollment (private education sector) executive with 4.5 years experience? My job scope is enrollment of students and in non-commissioned recruitment and sourcing of students.

My current pay, I am drawing between $3.1K and 3.2K, started work at 25 years old.

I am now asking for $3.5K, some people tell me (on other forums), dun ask for anything less than $4K. But job agencies say just ask for a $100 increment......

1) Your salary is consider high on market side but you do not have commission to earn which is the reason why you are earning so high.

2) $3.5K without commission is still acceptable but I strongly doubt you worth this amount because of the future position & current salary you are holding (provided no needs to hit quota for future position).

Many thanks for that! How much do you think would be a reasonable amount for me to consider? I was just recommended (by a friend) to another job posting, exactly similar role, $3K, but without including commission - there would be commissions based on hitting number of KPIs.

Around there but can negotiate the offer basic salary or $3K to your current salary.
