Oh ya! CAUTION!

Example: THL BWK4 and XSP BWK7.

Don't flash to THL BWK4 on our SIngapore set in case that our own XSP set gets a BWK7 instead of BWK4 and that would created a problem for your XSP set that was flashed THL BWK4.

Your flashed THL BWK4 Singapore set will not get FOTA to XSP BWK7 automtically or even mannualy.

You will have to reflash back to our own XSP BWK7 to solve the FOTA issue, going forward!

I recalled the same incident back in May ot June tis year.

Hi A54 5G folks,

It's time to say goodbye! :) I'm getting my new phone soon to replace my A54 5G!

Don't get me wrong! A54 5G has been a rock solid and awesome and beautifully designed phone! I have enjoyed A54 5G so much since April 2023! :giggle:

Performance, smoothness​

The Galaxy A54 is the choppiest, laggiest phone we've reviewed long-term in a long time. It actually reminds us a lot of a non-Pro Redmi Note from a few years ago. It just doesn't seem like its chipset was chosen for any reasons having to do with performance, smoothness, or the ability to handle a lot of things on a day to day basis.

Instead, it feels like Samsung knew it was cheaper to buy these from its own shelves than go to Qualcomm or MediaTek, which is fine in principle, but this chip is much more fitting of a handset that would cost half of what the A54 is even currently going for. At such a price, we'd praise it. At the A54's price, it's its biggest downside, and by quite some margin. It's not unusable, far from it, but it's so much laggier and choppier than, for example, the Poco F5 that we've recently reviewed long-term, that it's been hard to wrap our heads around the fact that two similarly priced devices can perform so differently in this area. Microstutters show up at the randomest of times, and if you try to heavily multitask, you'll definitely know how much of a struggle that is for the Exynos 1380.

Street shop at $495 after trade-in my A54 5G! :)

I wanted to wait for S24+ but the 6.6" is too big for my comfort and it's going to be expensive and yet I don't need that high end CPU!

And yet S24 at 6.2" is too small! :sneaky:

Has the A54 become laggy after some time of use because I remember u mentioning that Redmi Note 12 Pro+ is faster than your A54 now...
