The UAG case damage my front screen protector and back screen protector.

The behind one not so bad but the front one very bad. Visible at the camera one.
Once this corona virus die off I’m going to re paste the front one.

Glad I returned my UAG case and used the spigen for good.

The UAG inner case sharp sharp one I notice that’s why will scratch

Ya lor that's why my front n back film kena crushed by the case cos I diy n cut n smaller film to paste the front. What has the virus got to do with the pasting ?

Wa kao I didn't know this is a inherent flaw in Galaxy Fold until Tech Radar published this:


The Fold’s display also suffers from an uneven refresh rate in our tests, meaning for example that if you scroll through a text-heavy webpage, the words will shift unevenly across the screen.
This isn’t the sort of thing we expect from a premium product, especially from a company with as much screen experience as Samsung, so we’d like to see this fixed for the next model.

I still think my inner screens sort sort teh and quickly sold it off

same as UAG but hinge exposed.
but that doesn't matter to me as I take very good care of my phones.

paint come out or hinge no protection up to you to decide lo
for me I choose hinge no protection over paint drop as I don't use my fold as my primary device.

when I bring out I don't put in my jeans pocket also. I put in bag, and when I put in bag not anyhow throw in bag jiu suan le. I put in a place where I make sure no sharp objects or items knocking at my phone.

this goes the same to my other phones as well not only Fold.

Just checked RWM's trade in price for Fold.


It dropped to $1720 for a perfect used set


Luckily I sold a couple of a days ago @ 2xxx

Been using fold since oct 2019 but recently the screen seem to appear 2 grease mark, looks like the battery heating up the screen? (Refer to attachment) it's not scratch or any damage as I don't press the screen to fold it.
I can use a microfiber cloth to wipe them off but when the battery warm up abit they reappear.
It's not serious but more like irritating just wondering anybody facing this problem.
Will samsung replace the screen foc as it's under warranty? Or do I need to pay for $200 screen replacement.

I had this issue at 2 specific spots also, due to playing a certain game during that time when I had that phone. Samsung told me is a "normal characteristic" of the phone. That and the fact that the hinge creaking issue, I changed the screen with samsung for $200 and sold it off the next day.

Edit: I use gestures for home back and recent apps. Theres 3 of those at the bottom of my screen exactly where you swipe up to activate the gestures. Plus 3 other spots on the screen so total I have 6 spots like that on my screen. Although when the screen is on I can't see those markings at all
