Still works, and as I'd stated, better than the WSD one, which was a miss most of the time (I mean, sometimes require 2-5 tries to unlock). FP sensor on Note10+ still not as good as the one on my previous P30 Pro, I understand they use different methods. Most of the time, I need only press and hold for a second to unlock.....unlocks most of the time. With the WSD, it was a crapshoot, might unlock sometimes, but more often than not, must try more than once.

Got a small dead pixel on top left of my screen.. any idea how did this happen? Didn't drop the phone at all.

I usually go those third part ah beng shops in the heartland....quite cheap as compared to service centres. But you must be firm la dont let them overcharge you. Go a few shops to compare price first cos they should all offer similar rates one so you know you are not being cheated.

With adaptive battery, the phone last quite long. It goes into moderate performance mode automatically to use less battery.

Think main issue is whether to change only the glass or whole LCD screen

One shop says Samsung screen quite thin so need to change whole thing

And that will cost close to 400

Think only reliable place is Samsung

Ah Beng shop may say only need to change glass then half way say need to change everything.

i think go back samsung svc ctr better cos when u opt to change new screen,

they will change a new bezel and a new battery for you as well.

furthermore it only cost you $395

i just helped my sister replaced her cracked LCD.

ah beng shop change wans , u can forget about water-proofing and may get a 3rd party LCD :s22:
