VoLTE will be enabled only if you have 4G. So if your signal drops to 3G/2G definitely VoLTE would be disabled bro..

Anyone can assist on how to clear cache?
Wipe cache partition
  1. Turn off the device.
  2. Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Bixby / Power key.
  3. When the Android logo displays, release both keys.
  4. An 'Installing system update' message will show for 30 - 60 seconds before the Android system recovery menu options appear.
  5. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
  6. Press Bixby / Power key to select.
  7. Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, them and press the Bixby / Power key to select.
  8. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
  9. Press the Bixby / Power key to restart the device.

That seems to only apply prior Android 11. If you're on Android 11, you've to add another step between steps 1 and 2, and that is to plug your phone to your computer or the included USB-C earphones, wait for the charging indicator to appear, then proceed to step 2.

Why 'unfortunately'? That's one of the reasons why I've given up on China branded phones like Huawei, no Play Store, die die must have one leh!

Google apps are too intrusive. But it's the best app store for Android. So I removed everything and kept only play store.

This morning noticed a vertical green line on the extreme left side of the screen, tried recalibrating the colours, reset etc. but to no avail. Looks like lcd up lorry, anyone experienced the same issue before and knows the cost to replace?

Got pic to show? Other than resetting phone, don't think any thing else help. Try setting lower resolution

Samsung SIngapore charges $352 for Note 10, $391 for Note 10+

The above are standard price (inclusive of labour cost) for out of warranty screen replacement for each device. The final price charged may vary according to your specific service requirements.

Please note that prices for replacement screen will be revised from time to time, do confirm again with the service engineer before proceeding with the service.
