I don't actually use my palm face on for that and in fact, the first few times I did try to do that, it was crap. It's much more reliable and convenient to use the side of your palm instead and I can swipe fairly fast to capture the screen.

Using Xmax 0.3mm with white S-view cover, no issues so far. Works as good as previous plastic film SP.

Read somewhere note 3 can set the sensitive of the touch screen in setup, you may want to give it a try.

Nope still doesn't work. Strange.

Or maybe the sensor spoil already?

Which sensor does the Note 3 use to detect for S-View function? Although it doesn't work by default, the 3rd party app (Hatroid) that enable S-View does work.
Unless the 3rd party app utilises different sensor?

S - view relies on the sensor at the back of the casing. 3rd party app probably relies on the light and proximity sensor.

Ah... I see. There is this small circuit that I removed from the cover. Maybe that's the cause?

It's inside your keyboard settings. Bring up your keyboard, there should be a little gear icon at the bottom left.

It dropped off during unpack. Must be shoddy QC at Samsung. Original some more.

Just curious. Anybody enable the developer option and found it to consume just a little more battery juice or is it my imagination.
BTW when I say just a little means developer option enabled but not use any functions inside.
