Knox is private mode. More secured service but some features will be disabled. Something like that.

Go Settings>Controls(on the top)>Air View

Click on Air View, under air view mode, select auto instead of pen or finger

I used qvod merging app. But it's in mkv and still no audio because my note 3 do not support ac3 audio codec.
Any help?

Mxplayer wont work. If your MKV have ac3 audio, the only player so far is diceplayer

Maybe you have to navigate to your back up file through the file manager and install from there (i think).

inside download folder in sdcard or device storage.

You can also make use of the S-Finder feature (to look for your file) from the Air Command.
