guys make sure u turn off "Auto network switch" on wifi advanced setting,
when ya happily streaming your movies at home via wifi but somehow it get disconnect, it will auto switch to mobile data without notice you

and seem like "scanning always available" "auto network switch" will cause wifi connection unstable

oh the adapt sound in the audio settings, once set up the audio is vastly improved either on music or sound with earphones

I realised when taking close up Marco pics. The image is vv vv blur although I removed the sticker already. I m using the default camera of the note3 phone. Sometimes can take the Marco shot sometimes cannot, frustrating. Anyone can help?

Yes defnitely a good upgrade all though optumus UI is very similar in looks to the Touchwhiz, tw offers more features .. allthough you may miss functions like themes and all those types its stil customzble to your favor..

Just bought my Note 3 2 days ago. I have a few quesitons and hope to get some help here.
1. I want to change the widget on lock screen and downloaded a couple including Notification Lock screen and Battery Monitor. However, I no able to change them. Do I need to install something else or even root it for it to work? As per the guide I researched online, I am supposed to long hold on the widget after locking the screen but nothing happens after that.
2. Where can I find the notification popups for sms?
3. I bought some USB3 cables from DX and per the Battery Monitor, they are no good. I do not want to spend $39 for a cable from Samsung. Is there any other alternatives where can I get good and fairly cheap cables or even original chargers?

There is no option for pop up leh. Unlike whatsapp, I can choose the pop up notification.

bro, for the cable, you buy cheap you buy twice....i once use 10 bucks car charger to charge my note 2 and it turn damn hot...feel like it is going to burn!! then i bought RM99 samseng car charger, it is very good. Original do have some quality/stability advantage i think as i myself have thrown several cables that i got from nite market either loose/connection head damaged ...so dont let cheapo cable spoil your 1k phone
