The white front can match with any colour at the back.

White textured back will be easily stained. In case u are concerned with keeping your phone spotless.

Why is the palm capture screen not working well at all? I did not have any problems with the mega 6.3.

Either the ring tone you're using is soft itself, or your phone is buried deep within your handbag. If so, go into call settings. There's an option for you to increase the ring tone volume if phones in pocket.

i am curious about how the phone knows that its in the pocket ? :s11::s11:

There is a Temperature / Humidity sensor in build.

I suspect they use the sensor to detect the phone is in your pant.
Don't think it's those 2 sensors. Probably the same sensor as those used for the Smart Stay function. That option was on Note 2 as well which didn't have the temperature sensor.

Just to share my unlucky experience with my new note 3, bought last Saturday (19Oct) at starhub. Trying to be as brief as possible.

It went brick at second charge with battery totally flat. Swapping the charger and battery with my friend's note 3, they are all fine. Called Starhub, was asked to look for Samsung service center. I did, Samsung changed a new battery for me, then at home I found out during charging, the battery power % slowly drained instead of increasing! Searching on Web and found many similar cases for different devices.
A lot of them due to dust trapped in USB port, dirty micro USB plug, loose physical connection at plug, but mine had none of these problem. So decided to go to service center again. asked for a new set replacement but they refused to replace for me, instead, offer to change the main board (!!)...

Now I'm waiting for the completion of the repair.

5 day old phone, with critical fault requiring a mainboard change, can't get exchange from starhub or Samsung. Sh*t happens and this is really bad luck for me. Will give update soon when I get back the phone from repair.
