you're comparing a 2 year old tablet with a fresh one.. not very fair bro.

but then, i would say the batt life for 7.7 is still unbeatable regardless by any tablet out there. I love my 7.7 dearly but i would still get note 8.0 to replace it due to LTE and the stylus function...
It really depends on how you planning to use it

it seems like google (nexus) doesn't plan to have expendable memory which is a huge turn off for me.

I tot over it a long time when i look at the screen Samsung tab7.7 is a beauty much better looking than Note 8.0 the screen
is wider and when it comes to Note 8.0 is screen is narrower with white plastic at the side.
