my S23U backplate is coming off again, last year august just send down to service center
is your phone in a lot of heat to cause backplate coming off?

From what I heard, it also has to do with your phone cover, too tight or too less space for heat to dissipate

Actually no need, I think avoid those silicone cases that are super tight fitting.

Im using a normal case, not so silicone. Don't have the issue. Or perhaps, I always have the habit to have my s23 ultra go naked every night at home. When going out then wear case.

I trying to exclude it from deep sleep, but it doesn't appear in the app list, any suggestions? Thanks.

On my latest beta firmware, on my s24u the loading buffer does not happen as frequently. So can confirm not m1 issue. Is the router issue. M1 side also double confirmed their modem and speed is normal.

how long do they take to repaste the back cover?

i can feel the sides of my phone are kinda sticky cos the glue is wearing off
and my batt maximum capacity is 4855mah after almost years.

will they change it for free and how long does it usually take? My Samsung Care+ is ending 29th June.

few months back I read the battery health from samsung battery health check using some codes. it showed 98% or 96%. Accubattery showed 89%.

Here's how:

*[Extensive Guide]*Check Your battery Health and Cycle Count on Samsung Devices

I have Checked Mine,
88% battery Health and 462 battery cycle count; bad for 1.4 year S23 i would say :)
Step 1: Dial *#9900# It will open SysDump (If the code is not working turn off Auto Blocker and Try again)
Step 2: Tap on Run dumpstate/logcat ( It will take 2-3 minutes be patient wait until its done, click ok after its done)
Step 3: Tap on Copy to sdcard(include CP Ramdump) ( Wait until done, click ok afterwards now you can close the menu)
Step 4: Now go to PlayStore and Install LogLog App
Step 5: Open the app click the bottom right corner icon go to your Internal storage there will be folder named log
, Go inside the folder scroll till you find file named dumpState_S911 tap it. (Note if your are confused here that S911 after dumpState_ is my model number. In your case your modelnumber will be there so its like dumpState_<yourModelNumber> hope you got it.)
Step 6: When inside the log file there will be a search option on top Search mSavedBatteryAsoc
Thats it mSavedBatteryAsoc will show your Battery percentage and mSavedBatteryUsages will tell your Battery cycle count. The number shown in BatteryUsages will be like 33248 you can take it as 332.48 battery cycle count.

Thanks for the guide. I just checked mine, it says

mSavedBatteryAsoc: 99
mSavedBatteryUsage: 83660

A bit weird, so does it mean 99% and 836.60 cycles?

On the other hand, I tried with my old Z Flip 3, it says 87 and 155852, meaning 1558.52 cycles at 87.

Perhaps, I keep my phone battery running good.

10hrs in JB. Battery drops from 100% to 12% when reached home. No music and videos. Just searching for information and maps. The latest UI is really a battery drainer.

With the precious UI, I still have around 40% left.

from old oneui to now oneui7, more ram intensive and more processing power. Taking a strain for the battery.

Can't imagine what One UI 8 provides

yah lor... all these 5 yrs or 7 yrs os support, i wonder whether it is good or bad.

however, for ios, my ip11 from 2019 is still running well with the latest ios. so apple is really doing well in this aspect.

however, i remember some apple users also faced slowing down and battery after so long.

Or who knows, they wanted people to buy new phones. The Fold 7, S26 Ultra and so on
